Cancel before searching

You can close the crop or cancel checkout before submission. If a provider request has already started, it may not be possible to cancel its processing. Please do not repeatedly submit a pending request. If a credit appears missing after an error, contact support so it can be investigated.

Consumer withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online service contract, subject to applicable exceptions. If immediate performance is requested with express consent and acknowledgment, the right may end once the service has been fully performed. Mandatory remedies for a defective service remain. A pre-checked box or general acceptance of Terms is not a substitute for the required express request and acknowledgment. For orders processed by Fungies.io, refund and cancellation requests are handled by Fungies.io under its refund policy and applicable law, in addition to your mandatory rights.

Technical failures and no matches

A completed search with no matches is different from a technical failure. If a request fails before a search starts, the search credit is not used. If a technical failure occurs after a search starts, contact support so the transaction can be checked and a missing credit restored where appropriate. Issues can be reported to mpenapps@protonmail.com; include your short browser reference, approximate time, and the error shown. Never include your browser secret or payment card details.
