The service
People Finder lets you choose and crop a photo and request visual search results from FaceCheck.ID. Each search requires a one-time payment and requests live provider results. There is no subscription, guarantee of matches, identity verification, or access to private accounts.
Eligibility and permission
You and everyone whose face you submit must be 18 or older. Submit only your own photo or an adult’s photo where that person has explicitly consented to the described facial processing and you have the right to use the image. Public availability alone is not permission. You accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy before submission. The Privacy Policy explains processing; agreeing to Terms does not replace separate processing consent.
Pricing and credits
One search costs EUR 2.99. The final payable total, including applicable tax, is shown by Fungies before payment. The one-credit flow is for this browser. Clearing browser data or switching devices may remove access; contact support with your reference for help. There is no automatic renewal.
Fungies.io (Fungies Inc.) acts as merchant of record and processes the payment. The total payable and the Fungies.io payment step will be shown before an order is placed. Fungies.io’s buyer terms and privacy policy apply to that payment transaction. No recurring payment is authorized.
Results and responsible use
Searches may return no results or inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or biased results. A similarity score is not a probability of identity or evidence of wrongdoing. Review the original source and do not infer personal traits or criminal history from a result. The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits consequential uses, surveillance, and harassment.
Cancellations and support
You can cancel before submission. Once a provider request is sent, it may not be possible to stop it. Do not repeatedly submit a pending or failed request. Report problems to mpenapps@protonmail.com with your browser reference and approximate request time. Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains consumer withdrawal and technical failures. For paid orders processed by Fungies.io, refunds and chargebacks are handled by Fungies.io under its refund policy and applicable law.
Third-party pages and ownership
Cloudflare hosts the site, FaceCheck.ID supplies search responses, and Fungies.io processes payments for paid orders. Their services have their own terms and notices. Opening source pages takes you to third-party content. We do not control or endorse those pages. You retain your rights in your image and permit processing only as necessary for your request. Product software and branding belong to their respective owners.
Availability and liability
We may restrict requests or suspend access to prevent misuse, protect people, or meet legal obligations. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or particular results. You are responsible for your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or data protection rights.
Law, changes, and contact
Greek law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply in your country of residence. Material changes will be identified by a new version and effective date; renewed acceptance will be requested where necessary. Contact: mpenapps@protonmail.com.
